đ Create your account & get started
New to Crossbar? Follow these steps to create your account and register your player:
- Create Your Account: Click the Sign Up tab in the upper-left corner of the website. Enter your contact information and email address to register yourself as the primary account holder.
- Add Your Player: After creating your account, click Add a New Participant to enter your playerâs information.
- Register for a Program:Â Once your player is added, they will appear as an option when registering for available programs. Simply select the correct player during the registration process.
â Register your athlete
- Start the Registration Process: After logging in, click the âRegistrationâ button located in the upper right-hand corner of the website.
- Browse Available Programs: Youâll be taken to a page showing all open registrations. Browse the list and select the program youâre interested in.
- Choose a Specific Registration: On the program page, look to the right-hand side of the screen (or bottom of the page if you're on mobile). Click on the specific registration you want.
- Select Your Participant: Choose the participant (your player) you want to register.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.

đ° Applying your player credit
- Start Your Registration: Begin by selecting the program or event you want to register your player for.
- Choose a Payment Option: During the registration process, youâll be prompted to select a payment method. Options typically include: Pay in Full, Installments, Fundraising Option, Early Bird Discounts
- Complete Registration Information: Fill out all required registration details for your player.
- Apply Player Credit (If Available): If your player has a credit balance, youâll see an option to apply it at the payment step. You can check the box to apply the credit or uncheck it if you prefer not to use it at this time.
- Review Remaining Balance: If the credit covers the full registration fee, no additional payment is needed. If the credit only covers part of the fee, youâll be prompted to pay the remaining balance using your selected payment method.
- Unused Credit: Any unused player credit will remain on your playerâs account and can be applied to future registrations.

đ Check on your registration
On the website (www.hopkinsfootball.org):
- Click the âTeamsâ link in the top menu.
- Select the team or event you want to view.
- Click âRosterâ on the left-hand side.
- Look through the alphabetical list by last name to find your player.
On the Crossbar App:
- Tap the menu icon (â°) in the upper right corner.
- Select âTeams.â
- Youâll see a list of all teams or events youâre registered for.
đ§Ÿ Find Your Registration Receipt
To view your payment history and receipt:
- Log in using the registering parentâs account.
- Click Account (top left corner).
- Select Participants from the left-hand menu.
- Click View Details next to your playerâs name.
- Scroll down to the Registration History section and click View Details.
Youâll see a list of payments and their corresponding dates.
đłÂ Note: Payments are processed automatically on the listed dates, but it may take a few days for them to appear on your credit card statement.
