Hopkins Football Code of Conduct

Hopkins Football believes that creating a safe and positive environment for all participants at all levels. Please find the code of conducts required for all Coaches, Players, Parents, and Spectators in the Hopkins Youth Football and Varsity Programs.

Hopkins Football Boosters is an organization run by volunteers and depends on the assistance of its members for each season. It is critical that we all share in the commitment to produce a quality program. Volunteers are essential to the program and creating a positive experiences for

Volunteer Policy - Youth Program

  • Every Hopkins Youth Football family (Youth Flag, Flex, or Middle School Football) is required to complete volunteer hours for the season (please note that this is a per player requirement).
  • Middle School families are required to complete 4 hours, per player.
  • Youth Program Families (K-5) are required to complete 3 hours per player.
  • Each volunteer shift is generally 3-4 hours in duration.
  • No roll-over of volunteer hours will be allowed from year to year.
  • A buy-out option of $100 per player is available during the registration process. If a family chooses not to pay for the buyout option and does not complete the required volunteer hours by the end of the season, a $250 fee will be automatically charged to the form of payment on file.
  • Families who do not complete volunteer shifts in previous years are ineligible for financial aid or scholarships.
  • Families may hire a volunteer sub to cover their shift(s) from the approved sub list below.
  • It is the responsibility of each family to sign up for the required number of volunteer hours (shifts will not be assigned by Youth Football).
