Hopkins Football Booster Club

Thank you for stepping up and becoming a member of the Hopkins Football Booster Program! Your decision to invest your time—and, we hope, your financial support—will make a measurable difference for our student‐athletes, our coaches, and our entire school community.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Volunteering at Events: From home‑game events and senior nights to youth camps and our annual fundraisers.
  • Committee Participation: Joining all booster meetings, helping plan the season’s calendar, fundraising drives, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ambassadorial Support: Welcoming new families, sharing team news on social media, and cheering loudly at every opportunity!

Board Requirements

Voting board members are required to attend 75% of all meetings during the year. Meetings are held on a monthly basis and typically the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

In addition to participation in Football Booster Club activities, Board members must complete the following training:


  • Each Hopkins Football Booster Club Board members must participate in SafeSports Act certification every two years.
  • Board members involved in youth (flag) or girls flag must also be certified in Concussion training every three years.
  • Members associated with Middle School Tackle must maintain training in good standing with Hopkins High School Activities Department and Lake Minnetonka Athletic Association (LMAA).
  • Members associated with High School coaching staff must maintain good standing with Hopkins High School Activities Department and Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL)
