Youth Football Financial Aid

Welcome to the Financial Aid Application for our Youth (K-5) and Middle School (6-8) programs. Financial aid for the Varsity (9-12) can be applied through the school's Activities/Athletics Department.

Parents/Guardians of Youth or Middle School athletes can fill out the Financial Aid application at the link on this page and provide required documentation for review. Upon review of documents, the parent will receive a link with discount code registration with scholarship applied.

Please note that participation in the Financial Aid Program DOES NOT relieve parents of required Volunteer Shifts during the year. Failure to complete volunteer shifts will result in disqualification from consideration of future financial aid.

Additionally, financial aid only applies to the registration fee itself. It cannot be used to apply towards any volunteer buyout or equipment sold through the registration process.

Please note that all applications are based on income levels required by the State of Minnesota for participation in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program. All applicants must submit a Community Benefits Form that indicates which program the athlete qualifies for. Additionally, financial aid is only provided for athletes attending a Hopkins School or resides in Hopkins school districts (inclusive of parts of Minnetonka, Golden Valley, and surrounding area).

Any registrations that are completed without documentation as required below will not be processed or considered. Any documentation of meal benefits are accepted but two of the more common/easy ways include:

1. Screenshot of the Infinite Campus Meal Benefits page. Log into Infinite Campus App and go to Menu -> More -> Meal Benefits.
2. Provide a photo or PDF of the Direct Certification Approval for Benefits. This can be ordered through the Hopkins School Nutrition department at 952-988-4060 or at following website: https://www.hopkinsschools.org/services/nutrition

Please note that discount codes are only applicable to registrations and does not include any add-ons like jerseys or equipment.

For the 2025 season, here are the discount codes set. Please note that if your Community Benefits Form from Hopkins Schools does not explicitly say "Free Lunch Program", you will be assessed the rate at Reduced Lunch Program levels.

What if I don't have a Community Benefits Form?

Parents or Guardians will need to fill one out with the Hopkins School District and Nutrition Department. Hopkins Football or Hopkins Football Boosters will NOT review any financial information from applicants.

This can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Will you accept emails of PDFs or screenshots as benefit proof?
