Most updates will be sent to you via email. We use distribution lists based on the contacts linked to each rostered team.

š Get Mobile App Notifications
To make sure youāre getting important updates from the Crossbar mobile app, follow the steps below based on your device:
š± iPhone Users
- Open your phoneāsĀ SettingsĀ app.
- TapĀ Notifications.
- Scroll down and selectĀ Crossbar.
- TapĀ NotificationsĀ again (if prompted).
- ToggleĀ Allow NotificationsĀ toĀ On.
- Open theĀ CrossbarĀ mobile app.
- Tap theĀ MenuĀ icon.
- Log out, thenĀ log back inĀ to refresh your settings.
š¤ Android Users
- Open your phoneāsĀ SettingsĀ app.
- TapĀ Apps & Notifications.
- TapĀ Notifications.
- TapĀ See All.
- SelectĀ CrossbarĀ from the list.
- Make sure notifications areĀ enabled.
- Open theĀ CrossbarĀ mobile app.
- Tap theĀ MenuĀ icon.
- Log out, thenĀ log back inĀ to apply changes.
š¬Don't miss an email
Check Your Profile Settings
- Make sure your account is set to receive emails from Hopkins Football.
Check Your Spam Folder
- If you were expecting an email and didnāt receive it, look in your spam or junk folder.
Use the Web Version of Your Email
- Some apps (like Apple Mail or Android email apps) donāt fully sync spam folders. Log in directly to your email providerās website to check.
Verify Your Email Address
- If you recently updated your email, you must click the link in the verification email to confirm it. You wonāt receive any messages until this step is completed.
- Add Hopkins Football to your contacts.
- Adding our email address to your contacts helps prevent messages from being marked as spam.
