👨‍👩‍👧‍👦📅 Viewing your Family Calendar

The Family Calendar view allows you to see all activities for all programs and athletes in your family.

Follow these steps to access and manage your calendar:

Log in to the Crossbar mobile app.
Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the upper corner.
Select Family Calendar from the menu.
When viewing the calendar, tap on any entry to expand it and see additional details.
To sync your Crossbar calendar with your personal calendar, tap the cloud icon in the upper-right corner.

This ensures you never miss a game, practice, or event!

🏈📅Viewing your team calendar

Want to view a specific team schedule? Follow these steps:

Log in to the Crossbar mobile app.
Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the upper corner.
Select Teams from the menu.
Choose the specific team or group you want to view.
Tap Calendar to see all scheduled events for that team.
Tap on any calendar entry to expand it and view full details like time, location, and notes.
To sync this team’s calendar with your personal calendar, tap the cloud icon in the upper-right corner and follow the prompts.

Note: If you don’t see the team or group you’re expecting, it likely means you are not yet registered or rostered to that team. Please message the Boosters for additional support.

🔄 Syncing Your Calendar

Log in to the Crossbar mobile app.
Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the upper corner.
Select Family Calendar or Team Calendar.
In the calendar view, tap the cloud icon in the upper-right corner.
Follow the prompts to sync your Crossbar calendar with your personal calendar (e.g., Google, Apple, or Outlook).

✅ Once synced, your player’s events will automatically appear in your personal calendar—no need to check multiple apps!

📨 Invite others to View the Calendar

To give other family members access to your player’s schedule:

Log in using the account of the registering parent.
Click Account (top left corner).
Select Participants from the left-hand menu.
Click View Details next to your player’s name.
At the top of the page, click + Add Account.
Enter the email address of the person you’d like to add and click Add Account.

What happens next:

If the person already has an account, they’ll be added immediately.
If they don’t, they’ll receive a verification email. Once they confirm their email and create an account (name, password, and phone number required), they’ll be linked to your player’s profile.

✅ You can check who’s been added at any time by repeating steps 1–4.

If your Family Calendar isn’t showing any events, here’s what to check:

Just Registered?

Your player might not be assigned to a team yet. Once your organization adds them to a roster, events will start to appear.

Player Is on a Team, But Still No Events?

The team may not have any scheduled events yet. Check back soon as your organization updates the calendar.

Not Seeing Any Participants?

If your account isn’t linked to a participant (like your child), you won’t see their schedule. Ask the primary account holder to add you to that participant’s profile.

CAlendar FAQ

I have two players who want to see only their schedule without their sibling's practices/games, how do I import only one team's schedule?

To ensure each of your players has their personalized schedule on their synced devices, we recommend adding an account on Crossbar that just has access to each player.

For example, if one player has an email address, add their email address to their player participant on the site. Then your player can log into the site with their email and sync their family calendar that will just show their schedule. You can then do the same thing for your additional players.

Can you download the Calendar Feed from the mobile app?

Yes, you can navigate to your Family Calendar from the mobile app menu to import the calendar. From Apple Devices the calendar will open in the Apple Calendar; from Android Devices, the calendar will open in Google Calendar.
