Registration Info
Royals Summer & Season Training
Register once for the full 2026 season—this single registration covers Strength & Conditioning, Summer Training, and the Fall Season.
Optional add-ons will be available during registration, including:
- 7v7 SLP (Grades 10–12/$50)
- 7v7 Anoka (Grades 8–9/$50)
- Mankato Team Camp Transportation ($60)
Payment plans and the ability to apply earned player funds from last season are available during registration. Players will have opportunities to participate in fundraising throughout the summer and season to help offset costs.

MSUM Team Camp
2026 Hopkins Football Team Camp. Get ready for 3 days of competition, team bonding, and summer football at Minnesota State University, Mankato!
- Who: 9th Grade, JV/10th Grade, and Varsity Teams
- (Players will compete against teams at their respective levels)
- When: June 28–30, 2026 - 3-Day Overnight Camp
- Where: Minnesota State University, Mankato, Campus Dorms & Practice Fields
- Cost: $130 Camp Fee + $60 Bus Fee
- Total: $190 per player

General Summer Schedule
Monday–Thursday: Weight Room (“Lifts”)
- Grades 7–9: 8:00–9:15 AM (technique/teaching focus)
- Grades 10–12: 9:15–10:30 AM (advanced/strength focus)
Monday–Thursday: Captain's Practice
- Grades: 9-12
- 11:00-12:00pm
Monday & Wednesday: Full Team Practice @ The Hop
- 3:30–6:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 7v7 @ St. Louis Park HS (10-12)

Relentless Sports Lab
DB Training
Take your defensive back game to the next level with Relentless Sports Lab and Coach Sonie. This elite DB training opportunity focuses on position-specific skill development, game-speed repetitions, competitive reps, and the details that separate good from elite. Hopkins athletes receive an exclusive training discount.

OL/DL Training
Hopkins Football athletes have the opportunity to train this summer with Line of Scrimmage (LOS) Training — elite technique, footwork, and line development at an exclusive discounted rate negotiated for Hopkins players only.
